Terms & Conditions

Hi all, thanks for reading the terms and conditions. We, here at Circle & Sand, are a small company doing our best to bring you the best available products and we are only earning a small margin on each sale. We’d like to clarify a few commercial terms and conditions and if you have any questions please feel free to ask! We are always happy to help.

We ask that you, as the Buyer, become familiar with the terms and conditions contained in this document, and by placing an order with Circle & Sand, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

Refunds, Returns and Alterations

Circle & Sand is a small business, so all of our sales are final and we cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials. Honest and transparent communication is the best way to ensure we can meet your expectations.

Where the Buyer is making a purchase on behalf of an individual/group/company, we ask that you, the Buyer, agree to share all information relating to the order with the relevant parties to ensure proper delivery and acceptance of the product(s).

Sometimes mistakes can happen during shipping. If you, the Buyer, receive a faulty or damaged item(s), please notify us immediately. We can be reached at customer@circleandsand.store with photos or videos of any damage/defect with the product(s). We will arrange to repair or replace the item(s) as soon as possible.

Circle & Sand cannot offer discounts or compensation for orders delayed by the following:

1. Any act of nature (such as a natural disaster, flooding, snow etc)

2. Pandemic/War/Other Disaster.

3. Government-enforced restrictions/laws.

4. Delays caused by any logistical disruption to third-party delivery contractors (including but not limited to those related to stock/material supply, labour disputes, bankruptcy, accidents).

5. Where a person would be at risk of harm.

Delivery and Lead Times

The basic delivery fee covers the delivery of the product under normal delivery conditions. The Buyer shall be responsible to ensure the order can be delivered to the intended destination. The Buyer is asked to consider and take into account the measurements of all

doors, narrow paths, lift doors and stairs etc to ensure the item(s) can be delivered properly. Please share such information with us before placing an order.

There will need to be additional charges if the delivery of item(s) involves any of the following unusual or challenging circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. Delivery to/through a difficult or awkward location (for example narrow/tight spaces);

2. Delivery requiring items to be lifted over and above 50cm in height (for example a garden fence);

3. If manual labour is required to carry the item over longer distances (e.g. carrying items across walking distances requiring more than 3 minutes of walking time);

4. Delivery requiring item(s) to be carried up a flight of stairs.

By communicating all the above details, it will greatly help to ensure your item(s) are delivered properly.
